Plan of Salvation The ABCs of Becoming a Christian Admit to God that you are a sinner and without Him you are lost. "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23) "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans 6:23) Believe that God sent His Son Jesus Christ to save us from our sins and that this salvation is offered freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16) Confess to others that your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Tell a Christian friend about your decision or visit a local Christian Church and tell the Pastor of your decision. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." (Romans 10:9) Copyright ©2007
